What would it look like if you were all of you?
In every minute of every day, you choose how you respond to the world, how you portray yourself to the world, how you show up in every situation.
If you’re trying to fit a mold or be something someone else wants you to be, it gets exhausting, doesn’t it??
How big of a burden are you carrying trying to be something you’re not?
Maybe you’re trying to fit in, or trying to be worthy of love by someone who doesn’t see your value.
If that’s the case, the problem isn’t you. It’s 100% them.
You’re worthy by simply existing <3
The world needs what you have, all of what you have.
It doesn’t need a carbon copy of another person, even if that person is amazing. The world needs you!
How would your life look differently if you showed up as yourself?
How would your energy change if you leaned fully into being you?
It would feel a hell of a lot lighter, that’s for sure!
It’s heavy and exhausting trying to be anything other than yourself.
This isn’t to say you should spill your heart out to every person you interact with. There’s definitely a time and a place for everything. There are people I share some parts of myself with and not others, but the parts I share are always authentically me.
Or at least, I’m trying.
If you’re like me, being fully yourself is a newer endeavor and it takes practice and presence in each moment to remind myself it’s safe to be me.
It’s easy to think our whole, authentic selves aren’t going to be received well. We might even be mocked and that’s scary and unsettling.
It’s even worse if past experience has shown us that this is a very valid possibility.
But it’s time to let go of those experiences that brought you down!
I invite you to view yourself as worthy of being all of you. Every little bit of you is an integral piece of you.
Let it all shine baby!
Let all those juicy, authentic, lit up parts of yourself lead the way!
